A major portal star has decommitted and is now back on the market, as former North Dakota star Treysen Eaglestaff has decommitted from South Carolina.
The news was first reported by Field of 68's Jeff Goodman.
The 6'6 wing was one of the best pure bucket-getters in college basketball this year, averaging 18.9 points per game. That included a 40-point outburst against Alabama and 51 in a Summit League Tournament game win, as Eaglestaff was set to give instant scoring pop to a South Carolina team that desperately needed it.
Instead he'll head back on the market where he now becomes one of the most coveted players available.
