A member of UConn's national title team has elected to transfer, as back-up guard Nahiem Alleyne is headed out of Storrs.
The news was first reported by Verbal Commits.
Alleyne actually transferred in this past season for the Huskies, averaging 5.2 points per game. This after a largely productive start to his career at Virginia Tech, where he averaged 9.6 points per game in 2022, while shooting 37 percent from three.
The versatile guard will have one year of eligibility remaining as a grad transfer.
