A mid-major superstar will enter the portal - and might be the top available player, as Omaha's Marquel Sutton has decided to transfer. The news was first reported by ESPN's Jonathan Givony.

A 6'8 forward originally from Oklahoma, Sutton was the Summit League Player of the Year in 2025, averaging 18.9 points and seven rebounds per game. While his three-point shooting needs work (27 percent) he is an elite, high-level athlete that should be able to step in and compete in any conference in college basketball.

Expect Sutton to be one of the most in-demand players in this year's portal class. He'll have one year of eligibility remaining.
