Tennessee Forward Julian Phillips has entered the Transfer Portal. Phillips was the #13 ranked player in ESPN's Top 100 Players in the Class of 2021 and will become one of the most heralded players to enter the portal this offseason.
The 6'8" Forward from Blythewood, South Carolina, averaged 8.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game for the Vols this season. He will have three seasons of eligiblity remaining.
