A star mid-major big man is headed to the portal, as New Mexico forward JT Toppin has announced he'll transfer.
The 6'11 Toppin was one of the most underrated bigs in college basketball this year, averaging 12 points, nine rebounds and nearly two blocks per game, winning Mountain West Freshman of the Year.
He will now enter the transfer portal, and should be among the most coveted big men available.
