Alabama is a program built around three-point shooting, and one of the best shooters in the portal will head to Tuscaloosa on Tuesday.
That player is former Oregon State guard Jarod Lucas, who will head to Alabama later this week, in news first reported by Jon Rothstein.
Lucas has been an explosive scorer his entire career, as the all-time leading scorer in California high school history, who averaged 13 points and 38 percent three-point shooting each of the last two years at Oregon State.
Lucas was a key cog on Oregon State's 2021 Elite Eight team, and comes in at No. 17 on Aaron Torres' full list of the "Best Players in the Transfer Portal"
