An emerging SEC star will transfer, as Tennessee forward Tobe Awaka has announced that he will leave the school.
While Awaka's stats don't blow you away (5.1 ppg, 4.6 rpg) he was a tough, hard-nose role player who could played a key role on this year's Vol Elite Eight squad. One of his final games showed his potential, as Awaka had 10 points and five rebounds in a second round tourney win over Texas.
Originally from the New York City area, Awaka will have two years of eligibility remaining.
