For the second time in a week, a Georgia Tech transfer has received immediate eligibility. Just days after former USC guard Kyle Sturdivant was declared immediately eligible, the Yellow Jackets got news that big man Rodney Howard will also be allowed to play next season. Both players are originally from the Atlanta area, which likely helped their status. Howard will have three years of eligibility remaining after one season at Georgia. The news was first reported by CBS's Jon Rothstein.
