Arkansas nabs big time transfer

Indiana grad transfer Justin Smith has committed to Arkansas, per his Twitter page. The 6'7 Junior averaged 10.4 points per game and 5.2 rebounds per game for the Hoosiers last season. He is immediately eligible.
