To win in the Big 10, experienced players sure do help. Northwestern head coach Chris Collins added depth and experience to his roster with the addition of FDU’s Elyjah Williams. A fifth-year player next year, Williams has played 116 games, making 74 starts at FDU, including the last 50 of his career.
The 1,050-point scorer averaged 13.9 points and 7.3 rebounds this past season at FDU. He shot over 55% from the field and 42% from behind the three-point line. He reached double figures 15 of 21 games this past winter.
