DJ Wagner has found a new college home - and is headed to the Big Ten, as he announced that he will sign with Maryland.
The 6'3 Wagner has certainly had a unique college career, beginning as a five-star prospect for John Calipari's last Kentucky team, before following Coach Cal to Arkansas. His best season came as a junior in 2024-2025, when he averaged 11 points and nearly four assists per game that season.
He will now get a fresh start in his final season playing for Buzz Williams' second Maryland Terrapins team, and is the kind of tough, rugged guard that has thrived for Williams in the past.
