Wynston Tabbs, who was Boston College's second-leading scorer this season has announced where he will play college basketball next season: Tabbs will play at East Carolina. Tabbs averaged 13.3 points per game for the Eagles this season, before announcing he'd transfer, following the firing of head coach Jim Christian.
