Garrison Brooks, a 6'10 forward who spent the last four years at North Carolina has made his transfer choice: He will go to Mississippi State, where his father is an assistant coach. Brooks was the preseason ACC Player of the Year coming into the year and finished the season averaging 10.2 points and 6.9 rebounds per game - this after averaging 16.8 points and 8.5 rebounds per game last season.
With Brooks' addition in the front court alongside guards DJ Stewart and Iverson Molinar the Bulldogs could be a potential tournament team next season.
