Georgetown adds a veteran difference-maker in the portal

Georgetown needed some good news in the portal and they got it on Saturday night - as former TCU forward Micah Peavy has committed to Ed Cooley's club.

The 6'8 Peavy is a college hoops veteran who began his career at Texas Tech, before playing the last three seasons in Fort Worth. He had his best season this year, averaging 10.9 points per game to go along with 4.9 rebounds per game, helping the Horned Frogs to the NCAA Tournament.

Peavy has one year of eligibility remaining.
