One of the top scorers in all of mid-major basketball has now hit the portal, as Louisiana Tech guard Cobe Williams has decided to transfer.

The 6'0 junior from Dallas is a dynamic, play-making guard who led the Bulldogs with an average of 18.8 ppg this season, with 4.1 assists, while shooting 31 percent from behind the arc.
A grad transfer, he'll have one season of eligibility left.
