Illinois makes a key portal addition

Brad Underwood and the Illinois Fighting Illini have made a major portal addition, as they snagged former USC and Louisville wing Tre White.

A 6'7 wing originally from Dallas, White was a breakout star at USC two years ago, before deciding to attend Louisville a year ago. There, he averaged 12.3 points and 5.9 rebounds per game for a struggling Cardinal team.

Despite it, he remains the kind of big wing every school needs and should have a Day 1 impact in the Big Ten. He'll have two years of eligibility remaining.
