Indiana Transfer Rob Phinisee has committed to Cincinnati. The 6'1" Junior from Lafayette, Indiana, averaged 4.5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 2022 for Indiana. Phinisee spent the first 4 years of his college career in Bloomington before coming to Cincinnati and has scored over 700 points in his college career.
