Iowa Transfer Joe Toussaint has made a decision!

Iowa transfer Joe Toussaint tells CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein that he's committed to West Virginia. Toussaint is a 6'0" Guard from Brooklyn, New York, known for his toughness and perseverance on the defensive end of the floor. He averaged 4.3 points and 2.3 assists last season and played in 30+ games each of the last 3 seasons for Iowa, all of which they made the NCAA Tournament or should have (2020).
