Ivy League star Paul Atkinson has heard from some of the biggest names in college basketball

After entering the transfer portal Monday, Yale star Paul Atkinson has heard from some of the biggest names in college basketball. According to ESPN's Jeff Borzello, among the schools to have reached out include Duke, Arkansas, Miami, Florida, USC, Stanford, Notre Dame, Gonzaga, Maryland, Texas, Ohio State, OK State, Wake Forest, Cincinnati and Georgia, while SNY's Adam Zagoria added that Kansas, Xavier, SMU and Virginia Tech have connected as well. Atkinson will be one of the biggest names in the transfer portal going forward, after announcing Monday he will sit out this season, graduate in the spring and play in the 2020-2021 season. He was named Ivy League Co-Player of the Year last season after averaging 17 points and seven rebounds per game for the Bulldogs.
