Kansas just made its first big splash of portal season, landing former Utah forward Keanu Dawes.
The 6'10 Dawes was a breakout star on an otherwise forgettable Utah team, averaging 12.5 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 2.2 assists this season, hitting one three per game. His three-point percentage also greatly improved during Big 12 play.
Dawes now goes to a Kansas team that has a lot of holes to fill, but is in good shape to land the No. 1 high school player Tyran Stokes, in the coming days.
