Kansas made a big addition to its 2022-2023 roster on Thursday night, as former Texas Tech guard Kevin McCullar committed to the Jayhawks. He chose KU over Gonzaga, and will likely withdraw from the NBA Draft as well.
McCullar was a key cog on the Red Raiders' Sweet 16 team this season, averaging 10 points, five rebounds and three assists, while serving as a defensive stopper as well.
With McCullar's addition Kansas is at the current scholarship limit, so the anticipation is that it means that guard Christian Braun will likely stay in the NBA Draft.
