Kentucky has its eyes on a new guard in the transfer portal

Kentucky is still in search of backcourt help - especially following the departure of Devin Askew last week - and we now have at least one new name to keep an eye on for the Wildcats.

On Monday morning, Stock Risers Jake Weingarten reported that the school has reached out to Michigan State transfer Rocket Watts. The 6'2 Watts is a former Top 50 recruit who struggled as a point guard this year, but thrived off the ball as a freshman playing alongside Cassius Winston, as he averaged 9.9 points per game.

Watts had previously been linked to Louisville and Florida State, but per Weingarten, those two schools are no longer an option for Watts.
