Shakeel Moore, a 6'1 guard who played big minutes at NC State last season is expected to hit the transfer portal, according to a report from StockRiser's Jake Weingarten. The 6'1 guard was a key reserve this year who played 18 minutes per game, averaging just under seven points per contest as a freshman.
