Louisiana top scorer Cedric Russell, has decided to transfer. The news was first reported by Matt Zenitz, from On3 Sports.
Russell was one of the most explosive guards in the Sun Belt last year, averaging 17.2 points per game for the Rajin Cajuns, while earning second-team All-Sun Belt honors.
He will have one year of eligibility remaining.
