Just days after adding Missouri transfer Xavier Pinson to their roster - LSU basketball was at it again in the transfer portal, adding a second key piece. That's because on Tuesday, Cincinnati forward Tari Eason announced he had committed to the Tigers.
The 6'8 Eason was an All-AAC first team member after averaging 7.3 points per game his freshman year, but like so many other Cincinnati players, decided to enter the portal following the season. Even after John Brannen was fired, he elected not to return.
Eason should provide some size and athleticism on the wing for the Tigers, who have seen stars Trendon Watford, Cameron Thomas, Darius Days and Javonte Smart declare for the draft.
