Marcus Carr, one of the most talented players to enter the transfer portal this off-season has made a decision on where he'll play his final year of college basketball: Carr has committed to Texas, joining arguably the most loaded group of transfers in college hoops this off-season.
Carr was a second-team All-Big Ten guard last season, averaging 19 points and five assists per game. After initially entering the NBA Draft he elected to return to school, with his final list of schools including Louisville, Kansas and Kentucky in addition to the Longhorns.
He is now the sixth high-profile transfer to sign with Texas this off-season, joining All-Pac 12 wing Timmy Allen (Utah), Christian Bishop (a starter on Creighton's Sweet 16 team), Dylan Disu (who averaged 15 points and nine rebounds at Vanderbilt), All-A10 forward Tre Mitchell (UMass) and former Top 30 recruit Devin Askew (Kentucky).
