Mid-major star is headed to Butler

Ali Ali, a 6'8 forward, who spent the last three seasons at Akron is headed to the Big East - committing to Butler on Saturday afteroon.

Ali was an All-Conference forward this year, averaging 13.9 points per game, all while shooting nearly 40 percent from three this past season.

It's the first big pick-up for new Butler head coach Thad Matta, in his return to the school.
