Mississippi State got a major addition on Wednesday, when Shakeel Moore, a key guard on last year's NIT team, elected to withdraw from the portal and return to the Bulldogs.
This is a huge win for new head coach Chris Jans, as Moore was an across the board contributor for the Bulldogs last year, after transferring from NC State. He averaged 8.7 points and 2.2 assists per game, to go along with close to two steals per game as well.
Now he'll return to Starkville for his junior year.
