NC State head coach Kevin Keatts is entering a make-or-break year in 2022-2023 and received good news via the portal on Wednesday, as former Winthrop big man DJ Burns has committed to the Wolfpack.
The news was first reported by Stadium's Jeff Goodman.
Put simply this is big news - literally and figuratively - for NC State, as Burns adds size and strength to the front court. He averaged 15 points and just under five rebounds per game for the Eagles last year.
