NC State nabs second major Portal Addition in as many days, in a former McDonald's All American

Kansas Transfer M.J Rice has committed to NC State. Rice was a McDonald's All American in the Class of 2022 and was the #32 ranked prospect in the 24/7 Sports Top 100 Recruits in the Class of 2022.

The 6'5" Freshman from Durham, North Carolina, played sparingly on a loaded Kansas team this past season, averaging 2.2 points and 1 rebound per game, in only 7.5 minutes per game. He will join Arizona State Transfer DJ Horne and Clemson Transfer Ben Middlebrooks , in what has been a tremendous portal class for the Wolfpack.
