New Utah coach Craig Smith picks up his first major commit

Craig Smith has been head coach at Utah for just a few weeks, but has already picked up his first major commitment: That player is David Jenkins Jr. who averaged just under 15 points per game at UNLV last season.

Jenkins is a powerful combo guard who also shot over 40 percent from beyond the three-point arc for the Rebels this season. He should add immediate scoring pop to the Utes' backcourt in the 2021-2022 season.
