New Wake Forest coach Steve Forbes got big transfer news earlier this week, as Isaiah Wilkins was cleared to play immediately. The news was first reported by CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein. Wilkins arrives in Winston-Salem from Virginia Tech, where he played the last two seasons, averaging 4.3 points per game. He will be immediately eligible.
