Former McDonald's All-American Nimari Burnett officially entered the transfer portal on Wednesday and has already heard from a number of big-time schools. According to ESPN's Jeff Borzello, Burnett has heard from Arkansas, Oregon, San Diego State, Colorado State, Illinois, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Alabama, Dayton, Missouri, Arizona State, Maryland, Wake Forest, DePaul, USC and Marquette since entering the portal. The 6'4 guard averaged 5.3 points per game for Texas Tech, before deciding to leave the school last week.
