North Carolina picks up its second major portal commit of the off-season

It's been a busy off-season in Chapel Hill, where after losing several players to the portal, North Carolina made a major addition on Tuesday.
That player is former Louisville forward Jaelyn Withers, who will use his grad transfer season in Chapel Hill. As a senior the 6'9 forward averaged 8.9 points per game and 5.3 rebounds.
He becomes the second marquee portal commit for the Tar Heels this off-season, joining former Brown wing Paxson Wojcik.
