One of the best freshmen in college basketball hits the portal, as Arizona State's Massamba Diop announced that he will transfer.
The 7'1 center was one of the biggest surprises in all of college basketball this season, averaging 13.6 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game. That included a stretch where he hit the 20+ point mark in three straight Big 12 games, against Kansas State, BYU and Colorado.
Diop entered the portal with a "Do Not Contact" tag, meaning he may already know where he's headed.
