One of the best players in the portal is headed to West Virginia

In what is ultimately a surprise to no one, Tucker DeVries, son of new West Virginia head coach Darian DeVries will follow his father to Morgantown.

DeVries was one of the best players in college hoops last year, averaging 21.6 points per game, to go along with nearly seven rebounds and three assists as well, earning Missouri Valley Player of the Year honors.

A legitimate NBA Draft prospect, DeVries has one year of eligibility remaining.
