Penn grad transfer chooses Pac-12 school

Ryan Betley, a 6'5 guard who played the last four years at Penn has made his choice. He has announced he will play as a grad transfer next year at Cal. The 6'5 Betley averaged 11.6 points per game last season for the Quakers and shot 36 percent from beyond the arc.
