Preseason AAC Player of the Year Caleb Mills in the transfer portal

In a bit of surprising news, preseason AAC Player of the Year Caleb Mills of Houston has entered the transfer portal. The 6'3 point guard was a key piece for the Cougars last season, averaging 13 points per game as a redshirt freshman a season ago, but saw his numbers dip in 2020-2021 to around 10 points per game. He will have three years of eligibility remaining wherever he ends up.
