Rice's Josh Parrish announces he will grad transfer

Rice guard Josh Parrish announced late Saturday that he has entered the transfer portal. A 6'4 guard, Parrish averaged 7.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game for the Owls last season. A grad transfer, he will have one year of eligibility remaining.
