Several high-major programs have reached out to UConn's Alterique Gilbert

A number of schools have reached out to UConn transfer Alterique Gilbert, per 247 Sports Evan Daniels. Among the schools who've connected include Georgia, Florida, Texas Tech, Arkansas, Georgia State, ECU, George Washington, Towson, Loyola Chicago, Wichita State, Cincinnati and Tulane, for Gilbert, a former McDonald's All-American who averaged 8.5 points per game last season. A graduate transfer he will be eligible immediately.
