For fourth time this off-season, South Alabama has picked up a major piece in the grad transfer market. It came on Sunday when, as first reported by Stadium's Jeff Goodman, the Jags got a commitment from Western Michigan guard Michael Flowers. Flowers averaged 16.9 points per game last season, and joins former Iowa State guard Terence Lewis and D2 star Kayo Goncalves on the Jags roster in 2020-2021. South Alabama also signed Dachon Burke from Nebraska, but he elected to turn professional. Flowers will have one year of eligibility remaining.
