South Carolina Transfer Devin Carter is heading to the Big East

South Carolina Transfer Devin Carter has committed to Providence to play for Ed Cooley. The 6'3" Guard averaged 9.0 points and 3.8 rebounds per game as a Freshman last season for the Gamecocks. Carter marks the 3rd transfer Providence has picked up in the last week including Noah Locke from Louisville and La Salle's Clifton Moore.
