Texas big man Royce Hamm Jr. announces he'll enter the transfer portal

Royce Hamm, a 6'9 back-up big man at Texas announced Tuesday that he will leave the school as a grad transfer this off-season. Hamm served as a valuable back-up big for the Longhorns over the last four seasons, finishing the 2020-2021 season averaging 1.9 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. Expect him to receive plenty of interest from smaller power conference schools and high-level mid-majors.
