Texas Tech's roster has seen a major overhaul since the departure of Chris Beard, and on Tuesday, it picked up a new addition. Louisiana transfer Mylik Wilson announced he has committed to the school.

A 6'3 guard, Wilson averaged 12.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game in the 2020-21 season.

He will join a new-look Tech roster which will include returnees like Kevin McCullar and Clarence Nadolny next season, but also lost several key players to transfer this off-season, including Micah Peavy (TCU), Kyler Edwards (Houston) and Tyreek Smith (Oklahoma State).

Players like Mac McClung and TJ Shannon are testing the draft waters before deciding whether or not to return to Texas Tech - or college basketball in general - next season.
