A bit of surprising transfer news from Monday, as Tyler Harris, who began his career at Memphis and transferred to Iowa State last off-season, will transfer back to Memphis next season. The news was first reported by CBS's Jon Rothstein.

Harris played his first two years of college ball at Memphis, then decided to enter the portal following this past season. But following Steve Prohm's firing Harris decided to re-enter the portal and will now head back to his old school.

He averaged 7.5 points per game for the Cyclones this past season.
