UConn Transfer Rahsool Diggins will visit Penn State on Thursday per CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein. The 6'2" Guard from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, averaged 0.8 points and 0.3 assists in only 5.1 minutes per game, while competing with UConn's crowded frontcourt. Diggins was ranked as the #58 overall player and the #12 Point Guard in the ESPN Top 100 Players for the Class of 2020.
