Virginia Tech's PJ Horne has hit the transfer portal, per a weekend report from Rivals.com's Dan McDonald. Horne averaged 7.6 points and 4.2 rebounds per game last season for the Hokies last season. He will be a grad transfer and immediately eligible per McDonald.
