Wake Forest Makes Splash in Transfer Market Grabbing ETSU Forward

Wake Forest head coach Steve Forbes grabbed 6-6 wingman Damari Monsanto for his 2021-2022 season. Monsanto was a redshirt freshman who played in 25 games, starting the final 20 games of the year for East Tennessee State this past season.

Monsanto sat out the 2019-2020 season and will have four years of eligibility remaining. He averaged 11.8 points and 7.3 rebounds this past season. He had a five-game stretch late in the year when he scored 20 or more points each game.
