We have a semi-update on former McDonald's All-American Nimari Burnett

It's been a quiet few months for former McDonald's All-American Nimari Burnett, but on Monday we got an update.... sort of. Jake Weingarten of Stock Riser's previously reported that the 6'4 guard who spent one semester at Texas Tech was down to five schools - Alabama, Oregon, USC, Vanderbilt, and Illinois. According to Weingarten, Burnett has now added Auburn to his list, and will choose his new landing spot between April 6th and 10th. Burnett averaged 5.3 points and 1.4 steals per game in 15 appearances with the Red Raiders this year. He was the first ever McDonald's All-American to commit to Texas Tech when he signed with the school in 2020.
