Sean Miller has been on the job at Xavier for about six weeks now, and on Monday, he picked up his first big-time commit, as UTEP guard Souley Boum has committed to the school.
Boum is an explosive scoring guard, who averaged 18 points per game this season, all while doing it on 37 percent three-point shooting. He has averaged at least double-figures in all four seasons of college hoops.
